These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you") and pk24 ("pk24", "the Platform", "we", "us"). Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk24. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk24 login credentials. pk24 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to credential sharing.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on pk24 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC-20.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. pk24 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds will be returned to the depositing payment source after deducting any winnings generated.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. pk24 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. pk24 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any associated bets, bonuses, or withdrawals.
When creating a pk24 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

pk24 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may be closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your pk24 username or password with any third party. pk24 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify pk24 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits are credited to your pk24 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day. pk24 does not impose fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. pk24 processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts within the timeframes specified in the Cashier section of the Platform. pk24 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the pk24 Cashier at the time of transaction. pk24 reserves the right to update minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice.
All bets placed on pk24 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific rule shall prevail.
pk24 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed in error at manifestly incorrect odds, or bets that appear to be related to suspicious activity.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, pk24 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Funds will be returned to the player's account balance in such cases. pk24 shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from technical malfunctions.
Live in-play betting markets on pk24 – including PSL and international cricket – are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under Section 5.2. pk24 does not guarantee the continued availability of live odds for any specific event.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from pk24.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
pk24's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
pk24 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits pk24's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
pk24 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
